Our Dock Crew position maintains proper detailing standards for rental boats.  Responsible to perform dock crew duties to assist with rental boat departures and returns.  Grounds keeping and general cleaning tasks are also performed by this position.

• Clean and disinfect rental boats
• Depart and return rental boats
• Cover and uncover watercraft
• Monitor parking lot
• Maintain clean & neat grounds and general cleaning tasks
• Other general labor duties as assigned

• Self-motivated quick learner; we provide training
• Friendly disposition with good communication
• Good customer service skills
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Adaptable and flexible (work schedule varies)
• Weekends and holidays required

• Able to lift 75 pounds
• Able to stand for extended period
• Able to work in non-air conditioned environment

Our Office Crew position handles customer requests and boat rental reservations. The ideal candidate for this position will provide superior customer service live and virtually.  Responsible for customer communications, providing rental information to customers, booking reservations, greeting renters and assisting with the rental check-out process.

• Support the rental process with general instruction and limited supervision
• Operate phones, computers, credit card processors, printers and scanners
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Supply and restock rental documentation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned
