Our Office Crew is the heartbeat of rental operations. You’ll handle customer reservations, answer questions, manage checkouts, and keep everything running smoothly from first phone call to final dock departure. This is a great role for someone who’s organized, calm under pressure, and excellent with people.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling in-person and phone reservations
• Using computers, phones, printers, and payment systems
• Greeting customers and guiding them through the rental process
• Managing waivers, agreements, and rental documentation
• Providing professional, friendly communication throughout
